Indiana's Articles of Organization must include:
- LLC name — Including "Limited Liability Company," "LLC," or "L.L.C." designator
- Principal office address — Street address in or outside Indiana
- Registered agent name and Indiana street address — Physical address, no PO boxes
- Organizer information — Name and address of the person filing
- Duration — Perpetual or a specified end date
- Management structure — Member-managed or manager-managed
What's NOT Required
Indiana's Articles do not require:
- Member or manager names (privacy advantage)
- Purpose statement (defaults to "any lawful purpose")
- Capital contributions or financial details
- Operating agreement details
